Le Chausson au Courgettes et Aubergines
Parfois, il me passe des idées de recettes dans la tête ... je n'ai pas réellement de recette, mais je me dit que ceci ou cela cuisiné de telle façon pourrait donner quelque chose de très bon. Après avoir fait une petite mixture a base de courgette et d'aubergine, je me suis dit que cette mixture pourrait être délicieuse dans un chausson de pâte feuilletée. J'ai essayé et c'est délicieux ... mes cobayes peuvent en témoigner .

Je peux maintenant faire un menu entrée - plat avec des courgettes et des aubergines.
